Walking Vosges

The southern part of the Vosges are a true "walker's paradise" because of the region's great natural variety. Apart from the lovely mountain meadows you will also find places of a rough alpine nature. And although the highest summit is "only" 1424 meters high, altitude differences of a 1000 meters are no exception on a day's walking. However, there is also a great choice of shorter walks leaving you enough time to enjoy a drink in a Vosgien café.

The following pages are meant to give you an idea of the possibilities for walking in our region. Of course many walks can be made with different grades of exertion and difficulty.
By clicking on the arrows at the bottom of each page you can navigate between the pages.
